Brian McGarry, Director of Settlement Services.
Brian joined Stonebridge Title as a processor in 2003 during the refinance boom. In 2004, he took over as the director of settlement services. Today, he continues his work as director by overseeing the processing of every file. His tireless efforts, attention to detail and hands on approach to every file have made him one of the biggest reasons for the continued success of Stonebridge Title. Brian is from the Northern Virginia Area (South Lakes High School) and received his undergraduate degree from James Madison University and his master's degree from West Virginia University. He presently resides in Herndon and is an avid fan of the Washington Capitals and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team.
Jorge Duque, Director of Marketing and Processor.
Jorge joined Stonebridge Title as a processor in 2009 and took over as director of marketing in 2011. He has 11 years experience in the settlement business, having closed thousands of residential and commercial properties in Florida prior to joining Stonebridge. He is from the Northern Virginia Area (Garfield High School) and is a proud graduate of James Madison University and the University of Miami School of Law. He presently resides in Arlington and is also an avid sports fan, particularly of college football, basketball and soccer, so look for him at any local D.C. sporting event.
Katrina Ignacio, Processor.
Katrina has been with Stonebridge since 2006. She currently handles many of the processing elements of most settlements. She is from the Northern Virginia Area (James W. Robinson,
Jr. Secondary School) and is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree at George Mason University. She presently resides in Centreville.
Veronica Adams, Scheduling Coordinator and Processor.
Veronica has been with Stonebridge since 2011. She currently handles scheduling tasks and many of the processing elements of every settlement. She is a proud graduate of American University. She presently resides in Fairfax.
Jacob Alzamora, Member/Owner.
Jacob has been a member of the Stonebridge Title team since 2011 with a focus on marketing and client relation matters. He is also a partner at the law firm of Solan Alzamora, PLLC (www.SAlawfirm.com). He presently resides in Crystal City and loves his University of Florida Gators.
Nicholas Solan, Member/Owner.
Nick has been a member of the Stonebridge Title team since 2011 with a focus on issuing title insurance binders and policies and handling the day-to-day back office tasks. He is also a partner at the law firm of Solan Alzamora, PLLC (www.SAlawfirm.com). He presently resides in Arlington and despises Jacob's University of Florida Gators.
